Job Description

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase online traffic, maximize direct bookings, and ensure brand consistency across all digital channels.
  • Audit and analyze the hotel’s online performance, prepare KPI and ROI reports, and create monthly digital marketing performance summaries.
  • Manage content across direct and indirect websites, ensuring descriptions, images, and videos are accurate, optimized for SEO, and aligned with brand standards.
  • Oversee PPC and display advertising campaigns, coordinate with media agencies, manage budgets, and optimize campaign ROI.
  • Lead social media strategy and execution, create engaging content, manage agencies, and respond to customer interactions to enhance brand engagement.
  • Monitor and improve online reputation, including managing guest reviews on TripAdvisor and other review platforms, and linking feedback to revenue strategies.
  • Plan and execute tactical marketing campaigns, both individual and cooperative, to drive revenue during need periods and support direct booking channels.
  • Develop and manage the hotel’s email marketing program, including database segmentation, newsletter content, and campaign performance tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams (Revenue, Sales, Communications, and GM) and regional digital marketing departments to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Stay updated with digital trends and technologies to ensure the hotel remains competitive and at the forefront of online marketing innovations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Relevant experience in the hotel industry is preferable.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce, Display campaign, Email marketing, Content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Good understanding of the hotel industry
  • Have a strong background in multichannel integrated marketing
  • Strong knowledge of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
  • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translate them into an actionable strategy, and implement the marketing plan accordingly.
  • Be revenue-focused & be able to implement strategies to support hotel
  • Be analytical, be able to present conclusions, and make recommendations
  • Have a very good command of English, both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple ongoing tasks with changing priorities
