Our management team, with the support of experienced industry experts, offered a range of services and revenue tools to drive demand for our unique product mix. We streamlined accounting, operations, and guest services to increase efficiency, learning opportunities, and ROI.

As we opened our first two properties amidst signs of Covid-19 abating, we focused on building our base business through serviced apartments and preparing for the return of corporate travelers and tourists. We have now established a Thailand center of learning, financial services, recruitment, revenue, digital backbone, and operations support that provides direct involvement in all support functions, removing unnecessary headcount from properties.
