Description:
- Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages
- To manage and prioritize any IT problems, impacting either revenue and/or the guest for quick resolution and pro-actively seek for preventative maintenance.
- Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention
- Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager
- Communicate with the hotel Team to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements
- Must have knowledge of cabling; computer networking equipment and operating systems
- Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to relate to all levels of management.
- Must be able to assist hotel guests with technical requirements and problems.
- Must be capable of training users with varying degrees of computer knowledge;
- Must have commitment to follow all local and corporate policies and procedures as they relate to Computer Systems and Telecommunications.
