Description:
- Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels and all online channels including third party websites, OTA’s.
- Launch optimized online adverts through GDN, social media, etc. to increase company and brand awareness with an appointed digital agency.
- Be actively involved in SEO and SEM.
- Measure performance of digital marketing channels on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
- Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
- Creative, innovative and aware of technology trends in the travel industry
- Maintain consistency and brand presence on all online channels
- Track online reputation and update brand website for the both hotels.
- Stimulate support and development of the online strategy within the hotels
- Plan and execute comprehensive marketing plans, ensuring a seamless integration of various advertising channels to achieve optimal results on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Capable or planning and organizing Digital Campaigns, full understanding of strategies and KPIs
- Set up and implement Google Analytics and Google Ads (Display, Search, Youtube, etc.)
- Understanding of Social Media dynamics, Content, Creative, Ads, Engagement and analyzing performance such as Facebook, Instagram, Line, WeChat, Google, Baidu, etc.
- Develop and execute targeted social media advertising campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Line OA, and TikTok, with a deep understanding of each platform’s ad targeting capabilities.
- Set up chatbots for messenger platforms in social media to enhance customer engagement and support
- Possess a keen sense of marketing planning, identifying target audiences, crafting appropriate messaging, and selecting the most relevant advertising channels for each campaign.
- Other tasks and responsibilities are assigned by Director of Marketing and Director of Sales & Marketing.
